Customer Service

For customer service enquires, please visit the management office, located on the upper level in the corporate suite. The Centre Management Office operates from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and can assist you with:

Parent Facilities
Parent rooms are located in the food court and at Monaro Street entry in the centre. Here you will find all amenities including change tables, kids toilets, microwave and private feeding rooms.

Diasbled Parking
Bays have been provided and are conveniently located next to all entries. Wheelchairs and Walking Frames are available for use from Priceline Pharmacy by booking through centre management on 6299 2466.

Parking
Riverside Plaza boasts convenient parking both open-air, for easy Centre access, and undercover spaces. Parking can be accessed off either Collett or Morisset street. There are 511 spaces with approximately 340 of these undercover. There are also designated spaces for parents with prams and customers with disabilities. Whilst parking is free, all spaces are set out in timed zones including 1hr, 3hr and 5 hr parks which are patrolled by council.

Banks & ATMs
Riverside Plaza is home to CPS credit union, and Commonwealth Bank, while other major banks are located on Monaro Street. ATM machine's are located outside CPS Credit Union and Commwealth Bank on Monaro Street, outside IMB Mall adjacent to the Morisset Street carpark, and internally in the food court and adjacent to the Coles travellator, opposite Coles.
